to indicate that the remainder of the line is a file to be sent to the
remote system. This is needed to allow transmitting files with names that
begin with .flo reserved characters such as ^, #, ~, or @.
- Added Binkp CRC support (FSP-1020).
- Changed the "No Binkp/1.1" setting for nodes to only be effective on
outgoing calls. It was causing issues for other mailers (including
BinkD) on incoming calls because mbcico was reporting Binkp/1.1 in
the VER string but then falling back to Binkp/1.0.
- Updated the Internet Rex Binkp/1.1 bug workaround to reflect that
versions 2.31 and 2.67 are also affected.
