I have several small case samba-servers with sambaUnixIdPool. Now we have upgraded from phpLDAPadmin 1.1 to 1.2.3, without success.
But today I look out the problem, and I have also fix. It needs a little bit testing left, but I am almoust ready.

Every time you create new user, it gives error. It needs some specific configuration to happen.
